About Zhineng Qigong
Qigong is the foundation behind the various methods of tradition Chinese health care. Typically people associate Traditional Chinese Medicne (TCM) with accupuncture, herbal remedies, tai-chi, massage, meditation, moxibustion and Qigong. Behind all these methods the common denominator is Qi. Qi is often misunderstood as meaning energy, which is only part of the story.

Indeed there are many, many forms of Qigong covering the range of Daoist, Confucian, Martial Arts..etc. All these forms require many decades of practice to move towards an enlightened state.

Zhineng Qigong was developed by Dr Pang Ming MD in the 1980's as a distillation of many traditional forms of Qigong and other practices that revealed simple, practically accessible medittaion and exercises that release the body's inherent ability to repair.

Between 1986 and 2001, Dr. Pang set up the Hua Xia Zhineng Qigong Center which became known in the West as the Medicineless Hospital.

Over the years the Center treated more than 300,000 patients with 180 different diseases, and achieved an overall effectiveness rate of 95%.

There are many 'miraculous' benefits to Zhineng Qigong, some of which can be found in the healing stories link further down
